Sunsets Are The New Happy Hour™ is a weekly conversation about how to feel calmer, freer, and more alive through neuroscience, nervous system regulation, and the lived experience of living vibrantly alcohol-free.
Some episodes are solo deep-dives into the science: neuroplasticity, the vagus nerve, why walking matters more than you think, what alcohol is actually doing to your brain.
Others are conversations with people who've shaped how I think: voices in neuroscience and nervous system work, thought-leaders in the alcohol-free space, friends and colleagues who create experiences that build real connection and community.
